1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern any project undertaken by [Mncvcdii Creative / registered entity name] ("we", "us") for a client ("you"). By engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms alongside the specific scope and quote provided for that project.

2. Quotes & scope

All work begins with a written scope and quote. Pricing shown on this website is indicative; your final quote may vary based on project-specific requirements. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional cost, to be agreed before proceeding.

3. Deposits & payment

Projects require a [50%] deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once concept work has commenced. Late payment may result in paused delivery or withheld final files.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of structured revision rounds, as specified for that package. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may be billed separately.

5. Timelines

Turnaround times quoted are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays on your side may extend the project timeline accordingly.

6. Ownership & usage rights

Final approved deliverables (logos, brand assets, website files) transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused directions remain our intellectual property.

7. Third-party services

Where a project involves third-party services (domain registrars, hosting, stock assets, fonts, plugins), those services' own terms and any associated costs apply, and are your responsibility to maintain going forward unless a separate care/maintenance agreement is in place.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced; deposits already paid are non-refundable as outlined above.

9. Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of delivered work. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
